I offer both in-person (local to White Plains, NY)* and virtual training sessions for individuals and small groups.

Training can be done in the comfort of your home, outside or in a gym.

I also offer customized fitness programs to follow at your own pace.

Training Programs

Individual Virtual Training

  • Sessions are private and can be completed virtually via any platform you feel comfortable with

  • Options include 30 minute or 60 minute sessions

  • Sessions are 100% customized to your fitness level and fitness goals

  • Nutrition guidance available upon request

  • Daily access to me via email or social media messaging to hold you accountable, keep you motivated and address any concerns about your progress

Group Virtual Training

  • Sessions for 2 - 30 people that can be completed virtually via any platform that the group feels comfortable with

  • Options include 30 minute or 60 minute sessions

  • Each session will end 5 minutes early for a Q&A to discuss helpful tips for staying on track with workouts and nutrition

Online Training Program

  • 4 weeks of 100% customized workouts delivered to you via email that can be done on your own at home, or in a gym

  • You can chose how long you want the workouts to be (30 minutes long or 60 minutes long), based on your fitness level and schedule

  • 3 workouts will be delivered via email at the beginning of each week for a total of 12 workouts by the end of the program

  • Weekly virtual check-ins to hold you accountable and to discuss any questions or concerns about the workouts programmed for the upcoming week
